About Us
Educate, Communicate, Advocate
Welcome to SimpliDiverse – where we create fun and educative blogs for high school students tackling topics about racial diversity. Our journey began with a simple idea: educating high school students, and teachers about topics in racial identities, how the media affects minority groups, and how to advocate for what is right. At SimpliDiverse, we believe that teaching students about racial identities will help prepare students for their future in workplaces as you will interact with these things in your day-to-day life. It will also help you accept who you are by learning about yourself & others. As a team of 3 high school students, we are passionate about tackling discrimination and racism within schools.
Our Story
In the heart of high school conversations, a group of passionate students found themselves grappling with the frequent misuse of words, racial slurs, and acts of racial abuse. The origins of our discussion remain mysterious, but from this dialogue emerged a realization — perhaps, as high schoolers, we lacked a profound understanding of the weight our words carried. And thus, SimpliDiverse was born.

Our journey ignited with inspiration and a burning desire to instigate change within our school environments. Reflecting on the casual tossing of racial stereotypes and microaggressions, we recognized the profound impact, even when dismissed with laughter. Driven by the conviction that knowledge is power, we set forth on a mission to educate students about racial topics in a manner that is not just informative but also engaging and enjoyable.

SimpliDiverse doesn't merely aim to bridge the racial gap in education; it aspires to foster an environment where students take pride in their skin, culture, and identity without fear or shame. Our story is one of perseverance, compassion, and continuous learning. As we turn the pages of tomorrow, we extend an invitation for you to join us in scripting the next chapter.

Thank you for being a crucial part of our narrative. Here's to the chapters yet to be written!
